Thanks to our optimized workflows, we could set up the event with only one setup day.
On-Site & Remote
Besides an on-site stage program, there was also a live streaming and multiple greeting message recordings as part of the event.
5 Years in a Row
Already the fifth year in a row we have been technically supporting the Democracy Day Rhineland-Palatinate.
Stage Setup
Compact & Dynamic Setup
To accommodate additional booths alongside the stage program, the stage setup had to be compact. Nevertheless, it was dynamic enough to handle various program elements such as welcome speeches, singing performances, and discussion sessions.
Broadcast
Live & TV Audience
The on-site participants could follow the stage program on a screen. In addition, the entire day was broadcasted on the Offener Kanal Mainz.
Mobile Camera
From All Angles
Through the use of a mobile camera, we were able to present the event from all angles. Three cameras additionally captured the action on the stage.
Technical Setup
Behind the Scenes...
...we relied on our proven workflows. In our OB van, we handled vision mixing, graphics playback, and audio mixing for the broadcast.
