Highly Available Playout Infrastructure
For the modernization of the OKTV playout sites in Rhineland-Palatinate, we have significantly supported the planning and implementation of the consolidation of infrastructure at central locations. The measure not only reduces costs but also improves the availability and reliability of the systems, as central emergency systems are used.
Future-Proof Technologies
In the selection and integration of components, factors such as reliability were just as important as openness to new technologies. For the future-proofing of the site, a combination of proven baseband systems with modern IP components was used. This allowed us to gain an advantage from both worlds.
Planning and Documentation
In addition to commissioning support, we were able to contribute our know-how in the area of planning and documentation. The creation of cable lists and the documentation of network connections will support the teams in the future with quick troubleshooting.
