Hybrid Live Event with Interactive Elements
On behalf of Carlsen Verlag, we implemented a hybrid live event with interactive elements for the participation of remotely connected attendees.
Through the development of software interfaces, we were able to distribute approximately 10,000 young artists across various interactive channels, as well as a livestream.
A particular challenge was the distribution of video streams with as low latency as possible.
High System Stability
Development of Distribution Platform
To distribute the audience across different channels, a round-robin welcome page was developed. The distribution of resources was handled centrally, allowing us to manage the high number of accesses.

Participation
Interactive Elements
To increase audience participation, democratic voting was conducted, which had a direct impact on the course of the event. For this purpose, a combination of in-house development, CasparCG real-time graphics, and the conference system's built-in tools was used.
